Self Employment Direct loan Scheme:

The Subsidy and loan amount will be sanctioned from the corporation to the scheduled castes madiga and related castes unemployed for earning income by purchasing handcart and selling vegetables and fruits from farmers through self employment.

I.S.B.-2 Scheme:

Under this scheme the unemployed scheduled castes men and women will be sanctioned subsidy from the corporation to those loans sanctioned by the bank to carry out various self-employed financial activities that generate small income.

Features

Under this scheme to engage in self employment activity the financial assistance will be provided to the men and women belonging to scheduled castes madiga and related castes.

The unit cost is Rs. 0.50 lakh, out of which Rs. 0.25 lakh is subsidy and Rs. 0.25 lakh is loan.

The loan amount to be repaid in 30 equal installments at the rate of 4% Interest.

The unit of which loan sanctioned by the bank, a subsidy amount up to 70 percent of the unit cost or a maximum of Rs. 1.00 lakh will be sanctioned by the corporation.

Self Employment Direct loan scheme Eligibility:

  • Applicants must belong to scheduled caste madiga and its related community.
  • If the caste certificate is submitted in the name of Adi Karnataka, Adi Andhra, Adi dravida then a self declaration certificate is to be submitted by the applicant stating his original caste.
  • The applicant and no member of his family should not be in employment in any Govt./Semi Govt organization.
  • The applicant and his family members if availed any loan will be considered ineligible.
  • The applicant should have a required space to start the unit.

ISB Scheme Eligibility:

  • Applicants must belong to scheduled castes madiga and its related community.
  • If the caste certificate is submitted in the name of Adi Karnataka, Adi Andhra, Adi dravida then a self declaration certificate is to be submitted by the applicant stating his original caste.
  • Should be resident of Karnataka state.
  • The applicant and no member of his family should not be in employment in any Govt./Semi Govt organization.
  • The applicant and his family members if availed any loan will be considered ineligible.
  • The applicant should have a required space to start the unit.

Self Employment Direct loan scheme Conditions:

  • Beneficiaries must be selected by the Selection Committee.
  • Annual income of the applicant’s family shall be within the limit of Rs.1.50 lakhs in case of rural areas and Rs. 2.00 lakhs in case of urban areas.
  • Applicant shall be at the age of 21 and above and 50 and below.
  • The subsidy will be sanctioned based on the purpose/activity.
  • Application will be rejected, if he/she found to be ineligible during the process of selection.
  • The subsidy and loan amount will be released directly to the beneficiary/seller.

  • Annual income of the applicant’s family shall be within the limit of Rs.1.50 lakhs in case of rural areas and Rs. 2.00 lakhs in case of urban areas.
  • Applicant shall be at the age of 21 and above and 50 and below.
  • Subsidy amount will be sanctioned only to those units in which bank loan is sanctioned.
  • Application will be rejected, if he/she found to be ineligible during the process of selection.
  • The subsidy amount will be released directly to the bank in the name of beneficiary.
